I’m going to prom with my best friend. Who needs flowers when you have an Iron Man mask?
Couldn’t have asked for a better date to prom.
So, I was really surprised when he asked me. Suffice to say, when he came out and walked towards me with the sign and the mask on… It was an automatic yes.
Besides, he’s my best friend
whom we both have feelings for each other. I can’t wait. Prom is literally in two weeks.

Okay. So, it’s literally almost been a year since I’ve updated or written a new part to this fic or any fic of mine. And I do apologize. I know I promised to have a fic in a couple of weeks, but those weeks soon turned into months. Long, dreadful months.
But, school is coming to an end. I’m graduating high school and hopefully, my schedule will be more open and free for me to write more often. Maybe even to a point that I’ll be able to update at least every week.
So, here’s the next addition to my Nathan Gardner fanfiction. I have no idea where I’m taking this, but I’m sure I’ll think of something very… Unexpected.
Robert and Janelle had no problem living on their own. Sure, they had their fair share of arguments, but usually both would apologize, leading to a night worth’s of cuddling or even a few lingering hands, but Robert knew that taking things slow would be better for the both of them.
When school begun, Janelle was grateful for every class that she and Robert had. Ashley was jealous. It was evident and she could see the hunger, the revenge practically, burning in her eyes. Robert knew of her, of course he did. And whenever Ashley attempted to get his attention, Robert just waved her off as if she was the last person he wanted to see or speak to. No one was ever going to hurt his girl anymore.
But Ashley knew something that no one else did.
Ashley remembered what she walked into that day, seeing Nathan fondling Janelle and Janelle leaning into his touch and kisses as if they had done that a million times. She knew things that Robert didn’t know, and that was bad.
